One degree, many modes of thinking
One study system for every Business Administration subject.
Keep accounting, finance, marketing, economics, operations and management distinct without fragmenting your routine. SpaceRep gives quantitative and conceptual modules the same focused path from first review to exam day.
Accounting
Journal entries, statements, ratios, costing and controls.
Why does depreciation reduce profit but not cash?
Finance
Valuation, capital budgeting, risk, return and markets.
When should NPV take priority over payback period?
Marketing
Segmentation, positioning, consumer behaviour and metrics.
How does positioning differ from segmentation?
Economics
Market structures, incentives, elasticity and policy.
What changes along a demand curve—and what shifts it?
Operations
Capacity, inventory, quality, processes and supply chains.
Which constraint limits throughput in this process?
Management
Strategy, organisations, leadership, people and decisions.
When is a matrix structure worth the coordination cost?
Designed around the decisions business students make every day.
Plan around the real deadline
Add the exam date to a deck. SpaceRep keeps relevant cards in view before the date arrives.
See the next useful action
Due counts and a focused review queue remove the need to decide what to revise every time you open the app.
Keep the material recognisable
Use formatted text and images for statements, formulas, matrices and process diagrams.
Continue wherever you are
Review on web or mobile. Mobile sessions work offline and sync again when you reconnect.
Built for focused study
Everything your study system needs. Nothing it does not.
Move from lecture material to reliable review without assembling plugins or managing a second productivity system.
Straightforward migration
Import existing Anki .apkg or text files, then organize the cards around your current modules.
Keyboard-first review
Use built-in shortcuts to reveal, rate and move through a study session without breaking focus.
A capable card editor
Structure explanations with headings, lists, emphasis, highlights, superscript, subscript and images. Keep formulas, definitions and worked examples readable without maintaining an add-on stack.
Modern scheduling
FSRS adapts the next interval to each card and every review rating instead of applying one timetable to everything.
Web, mobile and offline
Create on the web, review on mobile and keep studying offline before progress synchronizes again.
A deliberately smaller system
Modules, exam dates, cards and reviews stay central. The product is designed to reduce setup—not create another workspace to maintain.
Your first review
From empty desk to active recall in 3 steps.
- 01
Create or import a module
Start a focused deck or bring your existing Anki cards with you.
- 02
Set the exam date
Give the review plan a real deadline for accounting, finance or any other module.
- 03
Complete the first review
Recall the answer, rate the effort and let FSRS schedule what returns next.
The scheduling system
Why the right card returns at the right time.
FSRS stands for Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler. It uses your review history to estimate how stable each memory is, then schedules another review before that knowledge becomes unreliable.
After every answer, choose Again, Hard, Good or Easy. That small signal helps SpaceRep adjust the interval for each formula, definition or framework instead of giving every card the same timetable.

Review
Recall the answer before revealing it.
- 02
Rate
Tell FSRS how difficult recall felt.
- 03
Return

Choose the workflow that fits the exam.
SpaceRep, Anki and Quizlet can all support serious study, but they optimize for different jobs. Compare the daily workflow before committing your course material.
Read the detailed Anki comparison: Choose the workflow that fits the exam.| What matters | SpaceRep | Anki | Quizlet |
|---|---|---|---|
| Primary focus | Exam-aware modules and focused review | Maximum flashcard control | Shared sets and varied practice modes |
| Scheduling | FSRS with guided defaults | FSRS with detailed configuration | Mode-dependent study paths |
| Setup | Create or import, set an exam date, review | More concepts and settings to configure | Fast start from a public or personal set |
| Strongest fit | Business students wanting a clear next action | Power users with complex card systems | Classroom sharing and short-form practice |
There is no universal winner. Anki is stronger for deep customization; Quizlet is stronger for public-set discovery and varied modes; SpaceRep is built for students who want modern scheduling organized around modules and exam dates.

Good to know.
Is SpaceRep only for Business Administration students?
This landing-page direction is designed around the Business Administration workflow: many parallel modules, dense terminology, formulas, frameworks and exam dates. The underlying study system remains flexible, so you can also use it for electives or adjacent subjects.
Does SpaceRep include ready-made business courses?
SpaceRep currently focuses on the learning system, not a one-size-fits-all course library. Create cards from your own lectures and textbooks, or import an existing deck, so your revision matches the material your lecturer will assess.
How does SpaceRep support business exam preparation?
Set an exam date on a deck, review the cards SpaceRep marks as relevant, and rate each answer Again, Hard, Good or Easy. The FSRS scheduler uses those reviews to plan what should return before the exam.
Can I study accounting formulas and business diagrams?
Yes. Cards support formatted text and images, so you can test a formula, annotate a statement, or place a process diagram on either side of a card. The most useful cards still ask one clear question at a time.
Is this a replacement for case analysis and problem sets?
No—and it should not be. Use SpaceRep to retrieve definitions, formulas, decision rules and framework steps without prompts. Then apply that knowledge in calculations, cases and past papers.
Can I review away from my laptop?
Yes. SpaceRep is available on the web and mobile. The mobile app supports offline study and synchronizes your progress when a connection is available again.
Is SpaceRep free, and will there be a Pro version?
SpaceRep is currently a free beta, and no credit card is required. Deck creation, exam dates, flashcard reviews and FSRS scheduling are included for free. A Pro version with additional features is coming soon.
